Phillip Scott Schachel, 60, born Aug 6, 1963 in Davenport IA to Roger and Joann Schachel passed away on May 18, 2024 at his home after a battle with cancer.
Phillip was a truck driver for 35 years. He loved to travel all over the U.S. Loved going to car shows, car races at Cordova, bike rally's and the Truckers Jamboree.
Phillip is preceded in death by parents Roger and Joann Schachel, 2 brothers Rick and Tom Schachel, 1 sister Debra Robledo and a brother- in-law Gary Greenwood. He is survived by 2 sister's Vicky Wildermuth of Coal Valley IL, Tina Greenwood of Gainesville TX, 3 brothers Richard (Rhonda) Schachel of Parkview IA, Randy Schachel of Davenport IA, Tim (Tina) Schachel of Alpha IL, a Daughter Tina Brooks of ? And 27 Niece's and Nephew's.
He will be missed by all that knew him.
Celebration of life will be June 15th at Tim's home 217 S yates street Alpha IL at 1:00pm.
