Kathy Foens

Kathy Rae Foens passed away on September 5, 2020, after a long illness, at the Clarissa Cook House Hospice.

Kathy was born November 8, 1955 to Roy and Dorothy Foens. She grew up in Tipton Iowa and graduated high school there. She had four sisters, Joyce (Foens) Bressler of Canton Illinois, Toni (Foens) Jackson of Newton Iowa, Jill Foens of Iowa City, and Tina Foens of Rock Island Illinois. She also has two nieces and three nephews, as well as several great nieces and nephews.

Kathy retired after working at the Rock Island Arsenal for 32 years. She had a great love of dogs and considered herself a "fur parent." Kathy lived in Rock Island for many years.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Joyce. She will be missed by her family.
